My experience includes working with veterans, community group fitness classes, and individuals looking to transform their health at any stage of life.
Beyond fitness, I’m also an experienced voice-over artist, bringing stories to life through narration and commercial work.
A true lover of trees, the mountains, and the great outdoors, I believe in balance, movement, and mindset as the foundation of a fulfilling life. My passion is helping others discover their own path to wellness—because everyone deserves to live their best life.

My Story
My journey into wellness and longevity truly began over a decade ago when I visited a specialty doctor in Columbus. I was struggling with aches, pains, and declining mobility, and I wanted answers. His response? “That’s just the way it goes.”
He told me that entering midlife meant giving up or drastically modifying the things I loved most—including my work as a volunteer on a Search and Rescue team. I was heartbroken, but more than that, I was determined.
I refused to accept that my best years were behind me. Instead, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about wellness, seeking ways to balance a full-time job, continue doing what I love, and still be able to move pain-free the next day.
This journey has been about more than just staying active—it’s been about taking control, redefining what’s possible, and proving that midlife is not a limitation, but a new chapter of strength and vitality.
I’m still learning, growing, and discovering what it means to live my best life—and I want to share that journey with you.
